The following are the most common reasons why an account was deleted:
Using a VPN, VPS or Proxy since they prevent accurate country-level location identification
Throwaway/Disposable email address entered into the account
Incorrect location entered into the account
Creating more than one account within Passions Network
[Multiple sites are allowed within a single account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.]
No description added into the profile
Same description added for multiple sites within the same account
Posting AI generated descriptions to represent oneself in the network
Adding nonsense into the description area
Promoting other sites within your description area
Creating an account for testing
No 'Interests / Keywords / About Me' added into the profile
Invalid email address entered into the account
Posting an email address within a public area of the network
Posting a telephone number within a public area of the network
Posting social media handles, usernames, personal profile links, or any other personally identifiable contact information within a public area of the network.
Posting a full name (first and last) within a public area of the network

Posting images of other people to represent oneself in the network

"Passions Network" reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, upon any indication or suspicion that your profile is displaying false information, including but not limited to the wrong LOCATION information.
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if you are accessing the service from an IP address where spam has been identified as originating from in the past, or from an IP address located within an IP block, or an IP range, where spam has been identified as originating from in the past.
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if your profile does not contain a 'description'.
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if you create multiple accounts within the network. While members are encouraged to join multiple sites within the network, multiple accounts are not allowed. Likewise, the repeated deletion of an account, followed by the creation/recreation of a new account can result in automatic deletion and banning from the network if this process is abused (as determined by "Passions Network" at it's sole discretion).
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if "Passions Network" determines, in it's sole discretion, that your actions towards other members, or towards "Passions Network", or it's employees, or it's staff, are, or have been, abusive and/or disruptive in any way.
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if you post negative and/or disparaging comments about other members, or about "Passions Network", or about it's employees, or about it's staff, in any public area of the network.
"Passions Network" also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the "Passions Network" service, without notice, if we believe you to be under 18 years of age.
Your membership in the "Passions Network" service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the "Passions Network" service, or transmit to other "Passions Network" Members.
You will not post on the "Passions Network" service, or transmit to other "Passions Network" Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, rude, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). "Passions Network" reserves the right to delete any account it views to be in violation of any of the above, without any requirement to provide any warning or explanation for it's decision.
You will use the "Passions Network" service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential Personal Information section.
You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, any bugchasing references, any self-harm references or any offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. "Passions Network" acknowledges that non-erotic nude photos are allowed on the Nudist Passions site within Passions Network. "Passions Network" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions. Passions Network also reserves the right to accept or deny any photo submitted for any reason, including but not limited to a judgement that the photo may be fake, or that it may not represent the member submitting it.
You will not post links to other websites in public areas of "Passions Network", including, but not limited to, the Forum area, the Blog area, the Video area, other member profile pages, or your own profile page. "Passions Network" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to delete any post, blog, comment or description that includes a link to another website. "Passions Network" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to delete any account posting links to other websites.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other "Passions Network" Members. For protection of members against such conduct, "Passions Network" has imposed a per-day email limit on subscribers. "Passions Network" reserves the right to monitor and review any internal email messages sent within the "Passions Network" system, to identify messages in conflict with the "Passions Network" Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other "Passions Network" Members. "Passions Network" reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.
You are solely responsible for your behavior within the Chat system provided by "Passions Network". By participating in Chat, you specifically agree to adhere to the Chat Rules defined on the Chat page, as well as any additional rules outlined within the "TERMS". While it is legal in some locations for individuals to take specific drugs, including but not limited to Marijuana, "Passions Network" does not allow the public display of the use of drugs within it's Chat system. Any member using the streaming webcam feature within Chat acknowledges that it is against the "TERMS" to display drug use on cam. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in a ban from Chat and/or complete Account deletion.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless "Passions Network", its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the "Passions Network" service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
ONLINE CONTENT: Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the "Passions Network" service, but not directly by "Passions Network", are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. "Passions Network" DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE AND NEITHER ADOPTS NOR ENDORSES NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE BY PARTIES OTHER THAN "Passions Network". E-MAILS SENT BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER "Passions Network" MEMBERS THAT ARE NOT READILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BE TREATED AS PRIVATE BY "Passions Network" TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITH THE EXCEPTION AS STATED ABOVE RELATED TO INTERNAL EMAIL SPAM MANAGEMENT.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: "Passions Network" owns and retains other proprietary rights in the "Passions Network" service. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of "Passions Network", its licensors and licensees. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
By posting information or content to any public area of "Passions Network", you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to "Passions Network" and other "Passions Network" Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.

Please provide details on your membership and the "Passions Network" site your initially joined, as well as details on the issue.

"Passions Network" will, on occasion, make available to members, information regarding other websites, promotions & contests. By acting on any information provided by "Passions Network", you specifically release "Passions Network" from any and all damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of your actions based on the information provided, or links provided, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ECONOMIC IMPACT, PHYSICAL DAMAGES, BODILY INJURY AND OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND DISCOMFORT.
